How do I return an item?

Business and Personal Safety Products A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping address must be obtained and is to be marked clearly on a sheet of paper inside the shipping box for product returns. Please call 571-330-4844 for RMA support. RMA number is valid for 21 days. Products that are found to be defective can be returned for a replacement or credit during the warranty period of that specific product. The warranty period starts on the date of the invoice and ends after the following period of time:

For all products sold by DIVINE SAFETY 30 days
For all products with the Streetwise Brand: One year
For all Streetwise stun guns and stun batons: Lifetime


Product will be replaced/exchanged if found to be defective unless specified in writing by dealer within the return box. There will be no charge for replacement/exchanged product of equal value. If there is a change in price you will be charged or credited the difference. If the item is found to be defective and you specify in writing that you do NOT wish the product to be replaced/exchanged a will refund of all charges including freight fees will be returned, if I received within 21 days. Non-defective merchandise will be accepted for return and will be credited at original price, less freight and handling charges, and restocking fees of 15%, within 60 days of invoice date. No returns or credit requests after 60 days of invoice date. Product returned after this time is only eligible for replacement/exchange. The cost to ship the defective product back to us will be paid by the customer. NOTE: Pepper sprays will only be accepted for replacement/exchange within 21 days of original invoice date. No Refunds or Credits will be issued for pepper sprays. Credit will be issued within ten (10) business days upon receipt of merchandise.
